Inclusive Alliance - Expertise in Partnership

CPD & School to School Support

Specialist Leaders of Education

Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) are outstanding middle or senior leaders who have the skills to support individuals or teams in similar positions in other schools. They have a particular area of expertise and a successful track record of sustainable school improvement.

SLEs provide school-to-school support and peer-to-peer learning. They understand what outstanding leadership practice in their area of expertise looks like and are skilled in helping other leaders to achieve it in their own context.

SLEs can undertake a range of activities, for example, one-to-one peer coaching, facilitated group support, data analysis, audits, diagnostics, joint action planning, coaching and delivering workshops and professional development.

Due to the vast experience and expertise within our SLE team, the Inclusive Teaching School can also design a bespoke service to meet a settings individual need.
